The United Bagwis Eagles Region, and all Esteemed Members of the Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles Inc.,

As our founding clubs celebrate and move into our 4th year anniversary, we pause to reflect on our journey—the courage, camaraderie, and steadfast service that define who we are. Four years of lifting each other up, giving back to our communities, and upholding the Eagles’ timeless creed of charity, justice, and service.

To every member who has volunteered their time, shared their talents, and stood as a beacon of integrity, thank you. Your dedication has built the foundation of our bond and the strength of our presence in Southern Tagalog.

Just one day after his proclamation, Kuya Gov John of Southern Tagalog Region 33 officially attended the Regional Governors’ League.

He was accompanied by former Governor Kuya Clef who has consistently supported him.

The two leaders jointly represented STR 33 in the regional governors’ meeting.

A New Chapter of Leadership for Southern Tagalog Region ###III

On June 12, 2026, the Southern Tagalog Region ###III (STR-33) of the Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles, Inc. achieved another significant milestone through the successful conduct of its General Assembly, Turnover of Leadership, and Induction of New Members.

A highlight of the event was the formal turnover of the Governorship from Eagle Clefford A. Gonadan to Eagle Czar-John S. Panganiban, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the region.

Eagle Governor Czar-John S. Panganiban brings with him extensive leadership experience, both within the Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles Inc. and in various civic and professional organizations.

Since becoming a member in 2020, he has consistently demonstrated dedication, competence, and commitment to the principles of Eagleism.

His leadership journey began as Vice President of the Marikina Gladiator Eagles Club while simultaneously serving as a National Assemblyman of NCR-50.

He later served as President of the same club for two consecutive terms. In adherence to the Eagles Constitution, which limits club presidents to a maximum of two consecutive years in office, he voluntarily stepped aside after completing his allowable tenure.

As the organization continued to grow and evolve, Kuya Gov. John, together with Kuya Gov. Clef and other principled leaders, played a vital role in the establishment of Southern Tagalog Region ###III.

Kuya Gov. Clef. served as the Chartered Regional Governor, while Kuya Gov. John became the Chartered Vice Governor.

Throughout their tenure, Kuya Clef and Kuya John demonstrated exemplary teamwork and servant leadership.

Their strong partnership earned them the distinction of being known as the “Dynamic Duo,” as they led the region not merely as officers, but as brothers united by a common vision for the advancement of STR-33.

In keeping with the Eagles Constitution, which limits the term of a Regional Governor to a maximum of two consecutive years, Kuya Clef concluded his tenure and oversaw the conduct of a democratic and orderly election within the region.

The election resulted in the overwhelming selection of Eagle Czar-John S. Panganiban as the newly elected Regional Governor of Southern Tagalog Region ###III.

As he assumes the mantle of leadership, the members of STR-33 look forward to a future of continued growth, unity, and service under his guidance.

May your term as Regional Governor of Southern Tagalog Region ###III be marked by visionary leadership, unwavering commitment, and meaningful accomplishments for the benefit of the region and the Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles, Inc. as a whole.
