Sometimes, the people who laugh the loudest and smile the brightest may be carrying pain they donโt know how to express. โ or โ๐โ๐ฆ ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ ๐ข๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ง๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐คโ can mean more than we realize.
Donโt be afraid to gently ask:
Asking doesnโt mean being intrusive. It means showing that you care. It creates a safe space where someone can speak without fear of judgment. Sometimes, being present and willing to listen is already a powerful form of support.
To anyone who may be struggling: you do not have to carry everything alone. Itโs okay to feel overwhelmed, tired, or lost. ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐, and none of them diminish your worth.
Reaching out for help takes courage.

As Peer Facilitators, let us lead with heartโchecking in on one another, listening without judgment, holding space for those who need it, and reminding each other that no one has to face their struggles alone.
This September, letโs choose to check in, reach out, and be there.
