We're on the upward trail!!

The Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Parañaque City Council successfully conducted the Board of Review for the advancement of Scouts aspiring for the ranks of Second Class, Explorer, Pathfinder, Outdoorsman, and Venturer. The activity served as an important step in evaluating the Scouts’ growth in character, leadership, service, outdoor skills, and commitment to the ideals of Scouting. Members of the Board carefully assessed each candidate’s experiences, achievements, and understanding of the Scout Oath and Law, ensuring that all requirements for rank advancement were properly fulfilled.

The Board of Review also provided an opportunity for the Scouts to share their memorable Scouting experiences, personal learnings, and future goals as they continue their journey in Scouting. Through this meaningful activity, the Council reaffirmed its commitment to developing responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented young leaders who embody the true spirit of Scouting. The successful conduct of the Board of Review highlights the dedication of the Council leaders, volunteer reviewers, troop leaders, and parents in supporting the advancement and holistic development of every Scout.
