🌱 IV Home Apokon – Tagum (Phase I) 🌱
Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, the former RD of IVCF Southern Mindanao, Darby S. Aspacio, initiated a 200 sqm. lot purchase project for IV Home in Brgy. Apokon, Tagum City. Compared to the prevailing selling price, the property is very affordable at ₱380,000 and is strategically located near two colleges and universities. The payment term was very friendly and favorable (3 years to pay, extended until 2027).
Letting go of his initial personal desire for the property in favor of the ministry, he challenged a number of local individuals regarding the vision and opportunity of the project. Having offered their residence as IV Home for years, he shared with supporters how potential and promising the project is.
To date, the pledged amount is already sufficient to complete the lot purchase. As of posting, we only have a remaining balance of ₱100,000. 🙌 Although we have a donor who has committed to pay the whole amount of the lot, the gift can then be used to jumpstart the construction of the IV Home building. And praise God 🙏 for some engineers and graduates who have already committed themselves to lead this project forward.
