Blue Ladies Movement - Mangaldan Blue Ladies Movement is a civic, social and non-political in nature. The purpose of Blue Ladies Movement shall be as follows:

1.

to foster closer relationship and understanding among members.

2. to encourage thrifts and savings among members

3. to serve a channel of all assistance coming from either government or from private agencies/sectors deemed necessary to promote the welfare of the members.

4. to serve a venue for continuing education activities such as training seminars or any venture relevant to members conducte

d by any government or private agencies.

5. to serve as venture into any lawful project that will enhance/uplift the socio-economic well being of the members.

6. to promote mutual understanding among members to know more about the objective of the movement.

7. to promote livelihood and income generating project designed to enhancing economic empowerment of the members.

8. to promote population management and family planning projects, gender and development and environment awareness among the members.
