Dagupan Autism Society Inc. is 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 of the First Special Needs Learners’ Art Exhibit in celebration of Deaf Awareness Week held at 2F/Upland Training Center, Municipal Building, Pugo, La Union.

Our 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗔𝗦𝗜 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 were 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 to serve as 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, and we are truly proud of the opportunity to support and guide learners with special educational needs (𝗟𝗦𝗘𝗡𝘀) during this meaningful event. Their creativity, passion, and unique expressions through art remind us of the limitless abilities of every individual with special needs.

The event 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗱 the 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 and 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 of these learners, including:
• Storytelling 📖
• Dancing 💃
• Playing musical instruments 🎹🥁
• Painting 🎨

It was truly inspiring to witness how every learner expressed themselves and shined in their own way.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀. Thank you for empowering educators to play an active role in advocating for the Deaf and special needs community.

A Heartfelt Moment for Dagupan Autism Society Inc.

Last 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟏𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, we witnessed a 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 during The Monarch Hotel Christmas Tree Lighting, and we are truly 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 to be 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗻 as 𝗼𝗻𝗲 of their 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿.

What a 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 and 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 celebration we had! Our DASI Anniversary was truly a success — 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 with 𝗷𝗼𝘆, 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, and 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

A 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 to the 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗪𝗗'𝘀 for 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 and 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗻𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 for our advocacy. Your presence truly strengthened our mission toward inclusion and empowerment.

We also 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 our 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 to 𝗠𝗿. 𝗖𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼 𝗝𝗮𝘆 𝗣. 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 for 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 and 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 with us. Your support and dedication to our community are genuinely appreciated.

One of the most beautiful 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 of the event was witnessing the 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 of our 𝗗𝗔𝗦𝗜 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝘀 — each 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 a reminder of their 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝘀, 𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 and 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹.

We were also touched by the 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 of our 𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, who opened up about their 𝗗𝗔𝗦𝗜 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 — 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲, 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 and 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 that continue to inspire our whole community. Your stories touched our hearts, reminded us of our purpose, and strengthened our advocacy for acceptance, understanding, and hope.
