🌍🤝 Building Bridges Through Friendship and Service

Last June 17, 2026, we had the distinct honor of welcoming the delegates from Kiwanis Plauen—Governor Carlheinz Vohl, First Lady Stephanie, and PDS Frank Hammerich—to Alaminos, Pangasinan. Together with our fellow Kiwanians from Kiwanis PLD1 and KCCP, we shared an inspiring day of fellowship, cultural exchange, and meaningful discussions.

The gathering provided a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen international partnerships, and explore collaborative initiatives that can create lasting impact in our communities. One of the highlights of the visit was the discussion of Student Exchange Programs, opening doors for young people to experience new cultures, broaden their perspectives, and develop into future global leaders.

🌱🌳 Save the Earth: A Tree Planting Activity 🌳🌱

In our shared responsibility to protect and preserve the environment, we gathered at the beautiful slopes of Mt. Matwil-twil, Brgy. Barlo, Mabini last May 2026 for “Save the Earth: A Tree Planting Activity.” More than a simple environmental initiative, this project serves as a meaningful reminder that every tree planted today is an investment in a greener, healthier, and more sustainable tomorrow.

This meaningful endeavor was made possible through the collaborative efforts of The Journey’s Missionary Group, whose dedication to community service and environmental advocacy continues to inspire positive action and lasting impact. Together, we demonstrated that when individuals unite for a common purpose, even the smallest actions can grow into something extraordinary.

As these young trees take root and flourish, may they stand as living reminders of our commitment to future generations—a commitment to nurture nature, protect our planet, and create a legacy of environmental responsibility.

Last April 2026, a renewed commitment to learning takes shape through the School Supplies for PanaALSaan Project, dedicated to supporting the Alternative Learning System (ALS) teachers and students of Mabini.

Rooted in the belief that education thrives when access and opportunity are strengthened, this initiative seeks to provide essential school supplies that help bridge gaps in learning resources. From notebooks and pens to other basic educational materials, each item is thoughtfully prepared to empower both educators and learners as they continue their journey toward knowledge and personal growth.

For ALS teachers, these materials serve as tools that support their tireless dedication in guiding non-traditional learners. For students, they represent more than just supplies—they symbolize encouragement, renewed motivation, and the assurance that their pursuit of education is valued and supported.

The PanaALSaan Project is not just a distribution effort, but a shared advocacy for inclusive education—recognizing every learner’s potential regardless of circumstance. Through collective compassion and community support, it transforms simple school supplies into meaningful stepping stones toward brighter futures. 🌱📖

🍽️ A Thousand Meals, A Thousand Smiles.

Starting the year with a bang! In partnership with KI PLD Division 1A, whose shared commitment to service continues to bridge communities and create meaningful impact where it is needed most -- a simple act of sharing becomes a meaningful expression of care and solidarity as meals are prepared and distributed for the children of Tagudin and Mabini last January.

“A Thousand Meals, A Thousand Smiles” is more than a feeding initiative—it is a collective effort to ensure that every child is seen, valued, and supported. Each packed meal represents compassion in action, bringing not only nourishment but also comfort, encouragement, and a reminder that they are not alone in their journey.

Beyond the numbers and logistics, the heart of this project lies in its purpose: to turn simple meals into moments of joy, and to transform shared effort into lasting smiles.

A meaningful collaborative outreach project in partnership with KCPP, West Riders 88, and PGBI Batlords—uniting hearts in service and community support.
