O yung araw-araw ka niyang napapasaya at na-mo-mptivate pumasok?

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐮𝐩 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 🌊

In collaboration with the BSP, GSP, SSLG, and YES-O the Barkada Kontra Bisyo Advocates took part in the International Coastal Clean Up for this year.

This activity aims to show responsibility to the shores and coastal resources we use daily. Simply being aware, being involved, and taking part even in the smallest ways — shows how leadership starts from within you.

YOOHOOO! EXAM SEASON NA, KABARKADA! 📚✨ Huwag na huwag mong sasabihin na ‘di ka pa nakakareview, ha?

Heto nanaman tayo sa mga gabing puno ng notes, kape, at dasal na sana pumasok lahat sa utak ang nirereview! Pero KaBarkada, huwag kayong mag-alala, kayang-kaya niyo 'to! 🙌

Huwag kalimutang magpahinga, kumain nang maayos, at huwag masyadong magpa-stress o magpa-pressure, ha? I-organize ang notes, at siyempre, ang sarili rin. Magreview nang mabuti at huwag kalimutang magtiwala sa sarili at sa kakayahan niyo.

Remember, don't let pressure bring you down. Remember to breathe, pause, and keep believing in yourself. Good luck sa lahat ng subjects, lahat ng hirap at puyat ay magbubunga rin! 🧠✨
