Newly elected Division Federated Barkada Kontra Bisyo Core Officers and Teacher-Advocates solemnly took their oath, pledging to serve with integrity, dedication, and accountability.

Following the election, the official Opening Program was held at the Calasiao Sports Complex, marking the formal start of the division-level gathering. The program includes the discussion of the Billeting House Rules, ensuring that all participants are properly guided and oriented for the duration of the event.

The 3rd TOGYUPAN: Division Learnersโ€™ Convergence brings together every Batang Lider of SDO I Pangasinan. More than just a gathering, Day 2: the BKB Convention is a space for growth, awareness, and unity among young leaders.

The day features meaningful sessions, beginning with a Mental Health Check, recognizing that strong advocacy starts with a healthy mind and heart. This is followed by Thematic Session 1: Health and Well-Being, highlighting the importance of self-care and responsible decision-making. Thematic Session 2: Gender Inclusivity fosters understanding and respect, promoting a community where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. These sessions will be led by the outgoing DFBKD Core Officers, re-echoing the seminars they have attended.

Team-building activities will also take place, strengthening connection, cooperation, and trust among the Barkadahan.

But the experience does not end there. 3rd TOGYUPAN will proudly host the first-ever PPA Cup ๐Ÿ† and a vibrant Social Night, celebrating camaraderie, talent, and the dynamic spirit of the leaders of Pangasinan I.
