BAKIT MAHALAGA NA MAY BIBLE STUDY ANG MGA YOUTH?
Napansin mo ba na grabeng laki na ng pagbabago ng mga kabataan ngayon kumpara dati? 😔
Puno sila ng talent at ideas, pero ngayon makikita mo na nahihirapan sa choices nila...sa school, friendships, relationships, o kahit sa faith nila.
Minsan, gusto mo silang tulungan, gusto mong gabayan sila, pero hindi mo alam kung saan magsisimula.
I remember back then, even as a young leader, I felt the pressure kung paano ko ba sila matutulungan?
Paano ko ba maipapakita sa kanila na God is real, na may plano Siya para sa kanila, at na hindi sila nag-iisa sa lahat ng struggles nila?
May mga moments na frustrated ako, nakaka-discourage din minsan lalo na kapag parang hindi sila nakikinig, o kapag nakikita mo silang naliligaw sa choices nila.
And honestly…hindi madali. 😔
Then I realized the importance of Bible study which is more than just reading verses but it's about creating a safe space kung saan puwede silang magtanong, mag-share, at maramdaman na nakikinig talaga ang Diyos sa kanila. 🙏
That is why, during that time, nag-start ako ng Bible Study sa kanila weekly. At nakakita ako ng malaking improvement sa character nila at sa mga decisions nila.
That is why I want to share why every youth needs to be part of the Bible Study:
🟢1. Clarity sa confusion – Sa Bible study, nakukuha din nila yung perspective ni Lord sa mga struggles nila school, relationships, at sa future nila.
🟢2. Confidence & identity – Nare-realize nila kung sino sila sa mata ng Diyos, hindi base sa standards ng mundo.
🟢3.Community & support – Parang mini-family ang group. They learn to pray for each other, encourage each other, and grow together.
🟢4. Real connection with God – They learn that God is not just a figure sa altar, but someone they can talk to every day.
Kaya napakahalaga na meron talagang ganitong gawain ang mga youth sa ating mga churches weekly.
Dear Youth leaders & pastors,
If you're reading this, alam ko may magandang plano po si Lord sa buhay ng youth ministry niyo.
We really need to equip them, guide them, and help them fall deeper in love with God.
Yun ay kung may gagawin kang hakbang para mas lumago sila ngayong taon.
