(XMHOAI), the duly constituted homeowners’ association (HOA) of Xevera Mabalacat Subdivision (established since 2009). Its construction was authorized and approved by the present Board of Directors of XMHOAI. It shall be rightfully turned-over to the next set of duly elected Directors of XMHOAI by the end of 2024; and every new elected administration thereafter. This FB Page is set “public”; hence

, shall be accessible to all interested FB users, both Xevera Mabalacat residents or non-residents but limited to commenting only. Only the duly appointed Admins of this Page are authorized and can post contents. To this end, it shall be employed by the present/current Officers of the Association and the HOA Office to provide meaningful and beneficial information, data and insights relating to XMHOAI, in particular and public interests, in general. This Official Page shall also be linked to the "OFFICIAL FB GROUP PAGE: XEVERA MABALACAT HOMEOWNERS; ASSOCIATION, INC. - XMHOAI", a different FB group page, set privately and whose membership is limited and exclusive to Xevera Mabalacat homeowners/residents/employees, 21 years old and above only. Verified/approved members of the linked OFFICIAL FB GROUP PAGE shall be able to post concerns/contents subject to compliance on set rules and Admin approval. (XMHOAI), the duly constituted homeowners’ association (HOA) of Xevera Mabalacat Subdivision (established since 2009). Its creation/construction was authorized and approved by the present Board of Directors of XMHOAI. The current Board shall rightfully turn-over this Page to the next set of duly elected Directors of the Board of XMHOAI by the end of their term; and subsequently thereafter, to every newly/duly elected XMHOAI administration.

"No member of the XMHOAI Board or Page Admin, current or future, shall claim (personal) ownership of this Official Page... or is authorized to unceremoniously block or eject Board-appointed Admins of this Page. The sole and rightful owner/beneficiary of this Official Page is the whole Xevera Mabalacat community."
