For Hon. Boycie Roca, 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 (YLGG) became a transformative journey that reshaped his perspective on governance and leadership.

Through the program, he found more than just learning opportunities—he found a community of inspiring leaders united by the shared values of being matino, mahusay, at may pusong lingkod bayan. The experience challenged him to grow not only as a public servant, but also as a person committed to meaningful and compassionate leadership.

As Councilor of Palo, Leyte, he continues to embody the lessons and values instilled by YLGG in serving his community with integrity, purpose, and heart.
