Indigenous People Upland Farmers Association VISION
We envision the IPUFA by the year 2025 to be a self-reliant cooperative and its members will become active giver to the church mission.

MISSION
IPUFA exist to develop responsible and self-disciplined indigenous farmers and stewards of God's creation, thru words and deeds by a loving service. GOALS and its MILESTONES
1. Sustainable and self-reliant cooperative
- To increase share capital at 1000.00 per cycle.
- To have IGP.
- To be register as Cooperative by 2020.
2. Abundant life/increased or sustainable income for indigenous farmers
- To have a wide knowledge to each member by linking and connecting the association to governments agencies and private sectors on agriculture.
- To have enough learning for using our resources in a proper manner.
3. Physical and Spiritual Growth
- Renewal of our spiritual life through prayers and commitment.
- Continuous growth of our values formation.
- Empowering members to initiate and to led prayers and bible studies.

🌱 Bawat Puno, Bawat Kamay, May Kuwento ng Pagmamahal 🌿

Noong September 27, 2026, naging makabuluhang araw para sa aming pamilya sa Indigenous People Upland Farmers Association (IPUFA).

Sama-sama kaming nagtanim ng mga puno bilang bahagi ng Creation Care Program ng Episcopal Church. Hindi lamang ito simpleng pagtatanim—ito ay isang paraan ng pagpapakita ng aming pagmamahal at responsibilidad sa kalikasang ipinagkaloob sa atin ng Diyos. 🌳💚

Kasabay ng tree planting, nagkaisa rin kami sa paglilinis ng buong Christ the King Episcopal Church sa Barangay Langka. Sa bawat pagwawalis, paglilinis, at pagtutulungan, mas naramdaman namin ang halaga ng pagkakaisa at sama-samang paglilingkod. ⛪

Bilang mga katutubo at magsasaka, malapit sa aming puso ang pangangalaga sa lupa at kalikasan. Ang mga punong itinanim namin ngayon ay para rin sa susunod na henerasyon. 🌱

Ang pag-aalaga sa kalikasan ay pag-aalaga rin sa ating komunidad at kinabukasan. 💚

Maraming salamat sa lahat ng nakibahagi. Sama-sama nating ipagpatuloy ang gawain ng pag-aalaga sa ating Kalikasan.

Taos-pusong nagpapasalamat ang IPUFA ECARE Community sa DA–Palayan City Agriculture Office sa magiliw na pag-iimbita sa aming samahan sa mahalagang pagpupulong ngayong araw.

Lubos din ang aming pasasalamat kay Ma’am Myra Caña Dapiawen at kay Ginang Sandy Bulao, Secretary ng IPUFA, sa kanilang pakikiisa at suporta sa aktibidad.

Isang magandang pagkakataon ito upang matuto, makapagbahagi at higit pang mapalakas ang ugnayan para sa kapakanan at pag-unlad ng ating mga magsasaka. 🌾🤝💚

🌾 Paghahanda para sa Nalalapit na Taunang Farmers Congress! 🌾

Matagumpay na isinagawa ngayong hapon ang isang mahalagang pagpupulong sa pangunguna ng Palayan City Agriculture Office (DA) bilang paghahanda para sa nalalapit na Taunang Farmers Congress.

Dinaluhan ito ng mga Chairman at Presidente ng iba’t ibang kooperatiba at organisasyon sa buong Palayan City, na inimbitahan upang makapagbahagi ng kanilang mga opinyon, suhestiyon at rekomendasyon upang mas mapaganda, maayos at maging mas kapaki-pakinabang ang programa para sa ating mga magsasaka. 🌱🤝

Isa sa mga mapalad na organisasyong nabigyan ng pagkakataong makibahagi sa mahalagang konsultasyong ito ang Indigenous Peoples Upland Farmers Association (IPUFA), sa pangunguna ng kanilang Chairman na si Myra Caña Dapiawen.

Lubos na nagpapasalamat ang IPUFA sa Palayan City Agriculture Office (DA) sa pagkakataong makibahagi, maglahad ng pananaw at makapagbigay ng mga suhestiyon para sa ikauunlad ng sektor ng agrikultura at kapakanan ng mga magsasaka sa Palayan City. 🌾💚

Lubos na nagpapasalamat ang Indigenous People Upland Farmers Association (IPUFA) sa paanyayang makadalo sa Ulat sa Bayan 2026 ni Hon. VianDrei Nicole J. Cuevas, Lungsod ng Palayan, sa kanyang pamilya na dumalo rin sa naturang Ulat sa Bayan, kasama ang lahat ng Sangguniang Panlungsod, mga Brgy Captain at mga pinuno ng iba’t ibang tanggapan sa Palayan City.

Lubos din naming kinikilala ang pagdalo ni Ma’am Myra Caña Dapiawen, Chairman ng IPUFA at ECARE Foundation Staff.

Taos-puso rin kaming nagpapasalamat sa City Civil Organization (CSO) sa pangunguna ni Sir Christopher Ryan Banaag, sa patuloy na suporta, pakikipag-ugnayan, at pagbibigay ng pagkakataon sa mga people's organizations at civil society organizations na maging kabahagi sa mga programa at pagpapaunlad ng Lungsod ng Palayan.

Patuloy naming isusulong ang paglilingkod, pakikipagtulungan, at pagpapaunlad tungo sa isang mas maunlad at inklusibong komunidad.

July 5, 2026 | Community Exposure Visit

As part of ECARE Foundation's commitment to strengthening sustainable livelihoods and empowering Indigenous communities, Father Samuel Seng from Myanmar visited the Indigenous People Upland Farmers Association (IPUFA), one of the partner organizations of the ECARE COMMUNITY in Brgy. Langka Palayan City.

The exposure visit was facilitated by Ma'am Myra Caña Dapiawen, ECARE Community Shared Staff, who presented how the R2G Program is supporting IPUFA members in improving their livelihoods through community-based enterprise development.
During the visit, the delegation met one of the association's members engaged in value-added food processing, producing fruit wines and turmeric tea as sustainable livelihood products. This initiative demonstrates how local resources, skills development, and continuous community support contribute to improved household income and stronger community resilience.

ECARE Foundation remains committed to working alongside Indigenous communities and partners in promoting inclusive, sustainable, and resilient livelihood programs that transform lives.

We were honored to welcome Father Samuel Seng, from Myanmar who took the time to visit some members of Indigenous People Upland Farmers Association (IPUFA), one of the ECARE COMMUNITY organizations in Brgy. Langka.

Together with Ma'am Myra Caña Dapiawen, ECARE Community Shared Staff. The visit provided an opportunity to witness and learn how the R2G Program is helping improve livelihoods, empower Indigenous communities, and enhance the importance of life

On behalf of our Chairperson, Ma'am Myra Caña Dapiawen, the Indigenous Peoples Upland Farmers Association (IPUFA), one of the ECARE Communities, was invited to participate in the Local Health Board Meeting held at Palayan City Hall. 🏥

Under the leadership of City Mayor Miss Vianne Drei Nicole J. Cuevas, together with the heads of various departments, the meeting highlighted the accomplishments and ongoing activities of the local health sector. Our dedicated doctors and health staff also presented important updates and reminders for the upcoming rainy season, focusing on raising awareness and strengthening community action against dengue and leptospirosis to help ensure the health and safety of our residents.

The meeting also provided an opportunity for participants to share their suggestions, concerns, and recommendations aimed at improving public health programs and services within our communities.

We are grateful to City Mayor Miss Vianne Drei Nicole J. Cuevas, the City Government of Palayan, the Local Health Board, and all stakeholders for inviting IPUFA and for fostering collaboration and encouraging active community participation in building a healthier and safer Palayan City.
