Sa bawat sulok ng Biñan, may mga kabataang hindi lang basta present sa mga kaganapan—sila ang mga game-changer, goal-getter, at tunay na . Sa gitna ng mga hamon ng makabagong panahon, sila ang patunay na ang kabataan ay hindi lang pag-asa ng bayan—sila rin ang kasalukuyang bayani ng kanilang mga komunidad.

Ang 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗔 𝗞𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗜Ñ𝗔𝗡𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗘: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵-𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗶ñ𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 ay isang espesyal na pagkilala para sa mga natatanging youth at youth-serving organizations na nagsusulong ng mga programang makabuluhan—mula sa edukasyon, kalusugan, kabuhayan, kapayapaan, kalikasan, hanggang sa governance at policy advocacy. Sa pamamagitan ng kanilang sipag, talino, at malasakit, sila ang mga modelo ng tunay na youth empowerment at civic engagement.

Isinagawa bilang tampok na bahagi ng Linggo ng Kabataan, ang parangal na ito ay pagkilala sa mga kwentong puno ng inspirasyon at aksyon—mga proyektong hindi lang naglilingkod, kundi tumutulong bumuo ng mas inklusibo, makatao, at progresibong Biñan.

Kaya kung ikaw o ang inyong organisasyon ay may kwento ng pagbabago, kwento ng bayanihan, o kwento ng liderato—ito na ang pagkakataon niyong maipakilala, maipagdiwang, at ma-inspire ang iba pang kabataang Biñanense. Ipakita ang galing, gawi, at giting ng kabataang Biñanense!

MECHANICS:

1. ELIGIBILITY
Ito ay bukas sa lahat ng Youth at Youth-Serving Organizations sa Biñan City na naka-rehistro sa LYORP, o magpapasa ng kumpletong LYORP registration requirements kasabay ng application. (Maaaring i-download ang LYORP Requirements dito: bit.ly/LYORPRequirements_2025)

2. REQUIREMENTS
a. Filled-out Nomination Form (Download it here: bit.ly/PARANGAL_NominationForm)
b. Summary of Accomplishments (Download it here: bit.ly/PARANGAL_SummaryOfAccomplishments)
c. Narrative Report (Jan 2024–July 2025) with SDG alignment
d. Supporting Documents: Photos w/ captions, documentation, MOA/Certification (if applicable)
e. LYORP Certificate or complete registration docs (for new applicants)

3. SUBMISSION & EVALUATION
a. All documents will undergo table evaluation only—no interviews or face-to-face validation.
b. Evaluation is based on completeness, clarity, and quality of submissions using standard criteria.
c. Top 5 outstanding organizations will be selected and notified via email.

SHARING SESSIONS: LEARNING WITH OUR YOUTH TRAILBLAZERS

In this meaningful session, we are proud to spotlight inspiring individuals from youth-led organizations in Biñan who will share valuable experiences, best practices, and impactful initiatives that can guide and empower fellow youth and community groups.

We are joined by John Cedrick G. Ellazo and Michael James Buna of SIKLAB Langkiwa, who are devoted to nurturing the next generation of transformative leaders with a strong sense of spiritual awareness.

Beyond highlighting their programs and advocacy efforts, they will also reflect on the life lessons that have shaped their leadership journeys and volunteer work—stories of purpose, growth, and service that continue to inspire their commitment to making a difference.

This session offers participants the chance to explore how personal experiences and values can align with community engagement to create meaningful impact and long-lasting collaborations.

Vote for Vogue is not just a fashion competition—it is a call to action for young people to recognize the importance of their vote and their role in democracy.

Through this creative platform, we aim to inspire young individuals to set an example by participating in elections, advocating for their rights, and making their voices count. By transforming LA BARKADA election paraphernalia into wearable works of art, we showcase how fashion, advocacy, and civic duty can merge into a powerful statement.

𝗠𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗦 & 𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:
1. Open to all LGBTQ+ individuals and allies aged 12-25 years old residing in Biñan City.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻:
1. Submit a 4:3-sized photo of yourself wearing a creative recyclable outfit made from LA BARKADA election paraphernalia (e.g., tarpaulins, flyers, etc.).
2. The competition will be conducted one by one (individual showcase).
3. Entries must reflect the theme: “Kabataan, boto mo ay mahalaga!”
4. Submit your entry via the page of PYAP Biñan City and Youth Pride Biñan City on or before April 10, 2025.

Public Online Voting - 70%
1. Each "Love" reaction = 1 point

1. Creativity (15%) – Uniqueness & artistry of the outfit
2. Relevance to the Theme (15%) – How well the design connects with "Kabataan, boto mo ay mahalaga!"

The model with the highest combined score (Judges' Score + Public Votes) will be crowned as the Ultimate LGBT Next Top Model!

𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿: April 25, 2025
First Place will take home a trophy, cash prize and certificate.
