For the third consecutive year, the Biñan City Youth and Sports Development Office (YASDO) has been conferred the title of 2025 𝙈𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙊𝙪𝙩𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 (𝙇𝙔𝘿𝙊) 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 under the Component Cities and Municipalities Category. The honor was awarded during the Philippine Sangguniang Kabataan Awards 2025, held on October 26, 2025 at Novotel Manila, organized by the Positive Youth Development Network (PYDN) in partnership with the National Youth Commission (NYC) and the Youth Work Research and Training Center.
This prestigious recognition is given to an office that has gone above and beyond in championing transformative programs, progressive policies, and impactful partnerships for youth development. From Iloilo City in 2023, to Boracay Island in 2024, and now Manila in 2025, YASDO has achieved a rare back-to-back-to-back national victory—a powerful testament to its consistency, excellence, and unwavering commitment to public service.
The story of Biñan YASDO embodies what it truly means to serve with heart—turning vision into action and transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and empowerment. This milestone not only honors excellence in local youth governance, but also continues to inspire every youth leader to shape a future grounded in purpose, progress, and hope.
The YASDO expresses its deepest appreciation to the City Government of Biñan—under the leadership of Mayor Angelo B. Alonte, Vice Mayor Jonalina R. Reyes, and Hon. Atty. Walfredo R. Dimaguila Jr. Their trust, support, and vision for youth empowerment have paved the way for programs that are truly responsive and sustainable.
YASDO likewise extends its heartfelt gratitude to all Biñanense youth who continuously support and participate in the office’s programs and initiatives. Kayo ang dahilan at inspirasyon ng bawat tagumpay—salamat sa inyong pagtangkilik, pakikilahok, at pagmamahal sa ating lungsod.
Mabuhay ang kabataang Biñanense!
