The most important project she's ever managed? Her three kids. 🩷

Nearly 30 years. Billion-dollar programs. Fortune 500 companies across the globe.

And yet, Kathleen Co, will be the first to tell you — motherhood is where her best leadership lessons came from.

Not despite it. Because of it.

The patience, the resilience, the ability to stay calm when everything is falling apart — she didn't learn those in a boardroom. She learned them at home, showing up every single day for her family while also showing up for her teams, her projects, and her values.

Her story is a reminder that the best leaders aren't the ones who keep work and life separate. They're the ones who let both make them whole. 🌸

Spot the Exclusion: The “Un-Jam” Challenge 🧩

Some gaps in project work are easy to miss, but they can have a real impact on inclusion, communication, and team dynamics.

In our April 2026 newsletter, this DEI Month feature invites readers to look more closely at a project schedule and reflect on three important gaps involving hybrid equity, groupthink in risk, and equitable capacity building.

It is a simple but powerful reminder that inclusive leadership starts with noticing what may otherwise be overlooked. ✨

Take on the challenge and read the full feature in the April 2026 PMI Philippines newsletter here: https://www.pmi.org.ph/post/spot-the-exclusion-the-un-jam-challenge 🔗
