Tulong-tulong tayo upang makatulong tayo sa mga kapatid nating nangangailangan ng dugo. Lingid naman po sa kaalaman natin na pagdating po sa dugo ay kulang na kulang po talaga ang supply natin.

Sino-sino ang pwedeng mag donate?

* Edad: 18 years old pataas.
* Timbang: Hindi bababa sa 50 kg
* Kalusugan: Dapat malusog at walang sakit sa kasalukuyan
* Blood pressure: Normal (hindi sobrang taas o baba)
* Hemoglobin level: Sapat (chine-check bago mag-donate)

❗ Hindi muna pwedeng mag-donate kung:

* May lagnat, ubo, o sipon
* Kakagaling lang sa sakit o operasyon
* Umiinom ng ilang gamot (depende sa klase)
* Buntis o kakapanganak pa lang
* May tattoo o piercing sa nakaraang 6–12 buwan
* May certain diseases tulad ng HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B, o Hepatitis C
