The Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines, Inc. - Numancia Chapter headed by the Federation President, Mr. Leo N. Nicolas together with the LGU Department Heads and Representatives, proudly received a 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 from DILG AKLAN for the invaluable assistance and unwavering support extended to the implementation of 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑰𝑰 - 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝑭𝒊𝒆𝒍𝒅 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒄𝒉 𝟔𝟎 𝑳𝑮𝑶𝑶𝒔 𝑰𝑰 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑰𝑰𝑰 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎, and in the successful conduct of 𝑬𝒙𝒆𝒄𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑩𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒈: 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑶𝒃𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑹𝒆𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝑹𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝑭𝒊𝒆𝒍𝒅 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌 (𝑺𝑭𝑾) of LGU Numancia on September 9, 2026 at Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Numancia Municipal Town Hall.

Then lets end the celebration of 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐨 𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 with a BANG💥— a celebration filled with rhythm, beats, and prizes. Of course, hawak talaga ng kabataan ang beat! Starting the vibe are Aklan’s very own DJs — 𝗗𝗝 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝘇 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗝 𝗡𝗶𝗲𝗹 , igniting the floor and making everyone groove to their electrifying mixes.

At matapos ang maraming pitik at soft moves, the guest has arrived—𝗗𝗝 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘆, bringing her own flavor and spice to the dance floor, lifting the energy even higher and sealing the night with unforgettable moves.

Standing Together Against Bullying | Linggo ng Kabataan 2026

As part of the Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 celebration, the PYAP Numancia together with the SK Federation of Numancia, successfully conducted an Anti-Bullying Seminar aimed at raising awareness among the youth on the importance of respect, empathy, responsible actions, and building a safe and inclusive community.

Our resource speaker, Rev. Fr. Jay Norl M. Tayco, emphasized a very powerful message to the youth participants: “A problem is not a solution to another problem.”

Bullying should never be answered with more bullying, anger with anger, or pain with more pain. Instead, let us choose understanding over judgment, kindness over cruelty, and courage over silence.

May we continue to stand together, speak up against bullying, and be part of the solution—not another problem. Together, let’s build a community where everyone feels respected, valued, and safe.

Yooohooo!! 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗼 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 ay nandito na!
Siyempre, hindi papahuli ang 𝘗𝘠𝘈𝘗 𝘕𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘢 𝘍𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 at 𝘚𝘒 𝘕𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘢 𝘍𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 na pinangunahan ang with a FUN!

6.4 kilometers of takbo, tawanan, pawis, at good vibes!! Kasi kasi kasi who said waking up early had to be boring? From starting line to the finish line, ang Numanciahanon youth and youth at heart ay umaariba sa enerhiya! 🏃‍♀️❤️‍🔥

Oops oops oops, the fun didn't stop there! Didn't stop there??! Hindi lang tumakbo ng anim na kilometro, sumayaw rin ng todo sa Zumba Session ng Waswas Pahueas. 💃

Gra is be sa galing talaga ng mga Numanciahanon! Hmm, depende kung 3 yan! Dahil tatlo ang winner today ! As the sun rises, we ended the morning activity by celebrating our fast and furious finishers! 🏁🏆

Every suggestion, every shared thought, and every commitment made today marks a step toward a truly impactful celebration. Together, we carefully mapped out the program — highlighting not only the activities themselves but also the importance of clear role assignments and collective responsibility. Oh c'mon, better late than never. Because~

The PYAP Numancia proudly participated in the recently concluded 𝑌𝑜𝑢𝑛𝑔 𝐴𝑘𝑙𝑎𝑛𝑜𝑛 𝐿𝑒𝑎𝑑𝑒𝑟𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑝 𝐴𝑐𝑎𝑑𝑒𝑚𝑦 (𝑌𝐴𝐿𝐴) Year 5, held last August 15, 2026 at Aklan Training Center, Old Buswang, Kalibo, Aklan.

Through shared experiences, knowledge, and expertise, participants worked toward a common goal—to build a youth-driven movement for resilience, leadership, and positive change. 🌱

For every Numanciahanon present, YALA 5 was more than a training. It was where 𝑓𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑠ℎ𝑖𝑝𝑠 𝑤𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑏𝑢𝑖𝑙𝑡, 𝑠𝑘𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑠 𝑤𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑒𝑛ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑒𝑑, 𝑘𝑛𝑜𝑤𝑙𝑒𝑑𝑔𝑒 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑑𝑒𝑒𝑝𝑒𝑛𝑒𝑑, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑎𝑠𝑝𝑖𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 𝑤𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑖𝑔𝑛𝑖𝑡𝑒𝑑 to lead with integrity, purpose, and dedication. 💫
