We're excited to announce that the 𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 will start on the first week of December 2025!

Due to the expected impact of Super Typhoon Uwan, classes and office work are suspended on November 10 and 11. On November 12, asynchronous classes will be implemented for all students, while all employees are required to report for work to conduct post-typhoon clearing and cleanup operations across the campus.

We urge everyone to prioritize safety. Please stay indoors, secure your property, and ensure the well-being of your family and loved ones.

RE: RELEASING OF TES & TDP GRANTS

TO: All TES Batch 13.1, TES Batch 15, and TDP Batch 3 Grantees for Academic Year 2024-2025

FROM: Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS)
SUBJECT: Start of Grant Releasing

Good day, scholars!
We are pleased to inform you that the disbursement of grants for the following programs will start tomorrow:
1. TES - Batch 13.1 (AY 2024-2025)
2. TES - Batch 15 (First Semester, AY 2024-2025)
3. TDP - Batch 3 (First Semester, AY 2024-2025)

📌 FOR TES GRANTEES (Batch 13.1 & Batch 15)
STARTING DATE: October 23, 2025 (Thursday)
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
ACCOMPANIMENT REQUIREMENT: Each grantee must be accompanied by either a parent or a sibling.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
• For the Student: A clear photocopy of your current School ID.
• For the Accompanying Parent/Sibling: A clear photocopy of a Valid Government-Issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, Driver's License, Passport).
• Please ensure you and your companion bring these requirements to ensure a smooth and orderly release process.

📌 FOR TDP GRANTEES (Batch 3)
STARTING DATE: October 23, 2025 (Thursday)

REQUIRED DOCUMENT:
• Please bring a clear photocopy of your current School ID.

Location: OSAS
Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Before proceeding to the releasing area, all grantees are requested to check the official list of names posted on the OSAS Bulletin Boards to confirm their slot and prepare the necessary documents.
