We gather in solemn remembrance of our beloved founder and brother, Jonard “Pops” Seran, whose life and legacy will forever be etched in the hearts of the Norzagaray Matictic Community Chapter. Pops was more than a founder; he was the foundation. Through his vision, courage, and unwavering belief in brotherhood, he built not just a fraternity, but a family bound by unity, loyalty, and service. He taught us that Tau Gamma Phi is defined not by symbols or titles, but by the strength of our character and the sincerity of our bond as brothers. His leadership inspired generations, his wisdom guided many, and his compassion reminded us to always stand for one another. Even in his absence, his spirit continues to live on in every brother who upholds the values he instilled and in every act of unity we share. Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we find strength in knowing that his legacy lives on through us. We honor him by carrying forward his vision and by remaining true to the brotherhood he so proudly built.
Rest in peace, Tol Pops. You may have left this world, but you will never leave our fraternity. Your name, your legacy, and your brotherhood live on forever in Tau Gamma Phi.
