Congratulations once again on your achievement! It is now time to officialize your membership with the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE)- Agusan del Norte Chapter. Please follow these steps to register through the new SME portal:

Start Application: Click on the "Be a Member" button.

Verify Email: Enter your active email address. You will receive a verification code shortly.

Log In: Input the code from your email to access the system.

Setup Profile: Complete your account details.

Select Chapter: Ensure you choose Agusan del Norte Chapter No. 13.

Upload ID: Do not forget to upload a clear copy of your PRC ID.

Joint PRC-PICE Oath-taking of New Civil Engineers 2026

DATE : March 12, 2026 (Thursday)
TIME : 3:00 PM - Registration | 5:00 PM Ceremony Proper
VENUE : Almont Inland Resort, J.C. Aquino Ave., Butuan City

REGISTRATION AND FEES
REGISTRATION FEE : Php 4,000.00 (Attendee + 1 Guest)

Breakdown:

Oath-Taking Fee w/ Meals (2 pax) - 1,850.00
PICE National Fee Dues - 1,000.00
PICE Chapter Fee Dues - 1,000.00
PICE Identification Card - 150.00

An Attendee is only allowed to bring a max. of 2 Guests. Payment for the additional guest is Php 600.00.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. Attendees must first register & secure a slot in the PRC-LERIS Website for Oath-Taking Schedule by logging in/registering at: https://online.prc.gov.ph/

2. Proceed with payment at PICE Agusan del Norte Bank Account (DBP) or Online Payment (G-Cash). Keep your proof of payment for uploading and confirmation.

3. Fill up the PICE Oath-taking Form, Kindly provide the following information and upload your proof of PRC-LERIS registration and proof of payment to complete your registration through this link: https://forms.gle/QmMNREGT6KPQPcJq6

4. Attendees and Guests must be on the site 30 mins. before the opening of site registration (March 12, 2026 | 3:00PM) for the distribution of Meal Tickets & Kits, and Rehearsals.

HOUSE RULES

1. Attendees must wear Barong Tagalog (male), and Filipiñiana and/or Baro’t Saya (Female). Guests are advised to wear business-casual or smart-casual attire.

2. Attendees will be seated altogether in a separate table from their Guests. Ushers and Usherettes will guide the Attendees and Guests to their Assigned Seats. Designation of Seats is strictly observed during the event to ensure smooth flow of the program.

3. Attendees and Guests are advised to stay inside the convention hall once registered and given seats. Proper decorum is expected from the Young Civil Engineers and their Guests.

4. Photo Opportunities will be allowed before and after the program. There will be an official Photographer assigned to take photos of the attendees during the oath-taking ceremony.

FOOD DONATION DRIVE for the victims of the recent flood due to Typhoon “Tino” and “Uwan” in Barangays Tagmamarkay and Santa Ana, Tubay, Agusan del Norte. As Civil Engineers, it is our social responsibility to help those who are in need and in times of crisis, we uphold solidarity and unity.

Calling all Civil Engineers and Volunteers to help us pack the food supplies for our Outreach Program for the Victims of the recent flooding in Agusan del Norte.

The food supplies are already in the PICE Building and are still coming in. We need to pack these food supplies into apportioned food packages for the beneficiaries.

If you are interested, please visit the PICE Building, Capitol Compound, Butuan City. Open from 9AM onwards. Let us help and unite for our brothers and sisters in need ❤️
