Southern Tech College Foundation, Inc. proudly joins the City’s Character First! Bayawanihan, together with the Bayawan City Youth Development Office and the Knights of Rizal – Bayawan Chapter, for the 2nd Batanong Rizal sa Bayawan Leadership Training held on November 19–21, 2025 at Amorganda Guest House Resort and Restaurant.

The said activity was joined by the different schools and universities of the City of Bayawan, fostering unity and shared purpose among young leaders.

This specialized leadership training deepened our understanding of Rizalian thoughts, ideas, and works, guiding participants to emulate Dr. José Rizal’s principles in service of humanity.

It was a meaningful and memorable experience filled with inspiring speakers, engaging activities, and opportunities for growth.

We are also proud to share that the President of the STCFI Student Government Organization has been elected as the President of the 2nd Batch of Batanong Rizal sa Bayawan.

Southern Tech College Foundation, Inc. proudly joined the Advocacy Support Group and the Bayawan City Police Station in the Color Fun Run with a Cause held last November 15, 2025 at the Bayawan City Boulevard. 🌈👟

This vibrant event was more than just a run it was an act of kindness. ❤️
All efforts support the “28 Days of Christmas”, a meaningful initiative where police personnel share blessings with selected families from all 28 barangays of Bayawan City.

Grateful to be part of a movement that brings color, joy, and hope to our community! ✨🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

In the aftermath of Typhoon Uwan, when the winds have quieted but the struggle of the people remains, Southern Tech College Foundation, Inc. steps forward with a heart full of compassion.
Together with the Rotaract Club of Tolong, we reached out to the community of Canlaon City, one of the hardest hit by the storm Uwan to provide clean and safe water to families who needed it most.
This simple act of help is more than just relief; it is a reminder that in times of darkness, humanity shines brightest.
To the resilient people of Canlaon, you are not alone. We stand with you as you rebuild, recover, and rise stronger than ever. Hope flows where kindness leads.

Southern Tech College Foundation, Inc. proudly participated in the Innovation Expo 2025 held at Bayawan City Science and Technology, Bayawan City, as part of the Regional Convergence of Education Leaders (RCEL) 2025.

With the theme “Get Wired, Get Connected,” the event convened schools and educators from across the region to present innovations that promote creativity, collaboration, and technological advancement in education.

STC’s participation in this significant event proved to be both successful and meaningful, featuring two flagship innovations the STCFI Digital Information Board and the STCFI Student Emotion Tracker.

The STCFI Digital Information Board serves as an effective communication platform that:
• Improves communication within the school community
• Enhances institutional image
• Saves time and resources
• Captures attention effectively
• Promotes environmental sustainability
• Encourages digital literacy

The STCFI Student Emotion Tracker, on the other hand, is an innovative tool that:
• Supports student mental health
• Enables early detection of emotional and behavioral concerns
• Strengthens the school’s support system
• Promotes emotional intelligence
• Integrates technology in education and well-being initiatives

Through these initiatives, STC continues to demonstrate its commitment to fostering innovation, excellence, and holistic development in teaching and learning, aligned with its mission to advance education through meaningful technological integration.
