PRESENTING: THE TEN OUTSTANDING SENIOR SCOUTS (TOSS) of BSP-NNHS SENIOR SCOUTS

The search has concluded, the scores are in, and the legacy continues. From a pool of 18 elite finalists, these ten individuals have risen to the top, embodying the highest standards of Leadership (50%), Participation (15%), and Service to Others (35%).

They are not just awardees; they are the new standard-bearers of the Scout Oath and Law.

A Message to our Leaders:
To our new TOSS, your journey does not end with this recognition. You are now commissioned to be beacons of hope and examples of discipline for every student at Navotas National High School. Carry this title with humility, lead with integrity, and always stay Laging Handa.

To the rest of our 18 finalists, your performance was exceptional. Ranking among the top scouts of this institution is a massive achievement in itself. The future of Navotas Scouting is bright because of all of you!

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗟𝗬 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗟 𝗦𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗦

We proudly present the 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝗹𝘆 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗦𝗣 𝗡𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 who will serve as the official youth voice of the council and members of the Local Council Executive Board. They will also carry the honor of representing the council as Delegates and Observers to the Regional Scout Youth Forum, bringing with them the aspirations, ideas, and leadership of Navoteño Scouts.

LOOK | THE SEARCH IS OVER: A LEGACY OF LEADERSHIP
Before we unveil the final results, we take a moment to honor the journey. The search for the Ten Outstanding Senior Scouts (TOSS) is more than just a competition; it is a rigorous testament to character, service, and excellence.

From a large pool of applicants, these 18 Finalists emerged, representing the "best of the best" from across the BSP NNHS Senior Scouts. Each candidate was evaluated based on a strict set of criteria that measures the true heart of a Scout:

📊 THE MEASURE OF A LEADER (100% TOTAL)
A. Performance of Duties and Responsibilities (50%)
1. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to guide and inspire their fellow Scouts.
2. Scout Advancement: Consistent progress in their ranks and merit badges.
3. Academics: Maintaining high standards in the classroom alongside their Scouting duties.

B. Participation & Service to Scouting Events (15%)
1. Active involvement in local, council, and national scouting activities.

C. Service to Others (35%)
1. Living out the Scout Slogan "Do a Good Turn Daily" through community involvement and selfless service.

The titles they are about to receive are not just awards—they are commissions to continue being beacons of hope for the youth. Whether their names are called today or not, every one of these 18 candidates has already proven that they are true leaders of our nation.

ELECTIVES | Electricity and Electronics Merit Badge.

Leveling up! Our Navotas NHS Senior Scouts officially kicked off a new technical journey, diving deep into the Electricity and Electronics Merit Badge.

Under the expert guidance of our counselor and TLE teacher, Mr. Cloyd Juverson M. Alcantara, 23 dedicated scouts explored the "why" and "how" behind the power that runs our world. From understanding the critical importance of safety and proper installation to the intricate world of PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), it was a day full of discovery.

Our scouts moved beyond the books and jumped straight into hands-on soldering and wire connections.

Scout spirit + Tech skills = Innovation in the making!

This is just the beginning, and the energy is already high.
