CALLING NavoPET PARENTS!

May anti-rabies vaccination at pet registration po tayo para sa inyong mga alagang a*o at pusa. Magpalista lamang po sa inyong barangay at dalhin ang sumusunod na dokumento.

Requirements:
- Pet Registration Forms
Makukuha sa City Agriculture Office, 1st floor, Navots City Hall o sa Veterinary Unit, Tioco St., Brgy. Bangkulasi

For Owners
- Duly accomplished Pet Registration Form
- Certificate of residency from barangay
- 2 pcs. 2x2 photos
- P75.00 na registration fee

For Pet
- Certificate/Proof of Anti-Rabies Vaccination for the last 6 months
- 2pcs. 3R Full Body and Side photos

Para sa iba pang impormasyon, maaari kayong dumulog sa City Agriculture Office.
