Empowered Learners – SELG in Action!

Our Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) actively collaborated with the PTA, Biliran Provincial Pulis (BPPO), and the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Hazel Martinez Glydel Ann Diaz Ayes to ensure that our learners experience a safe, supportive, and child-friendly environment both in school and in the community.

Through this partnership, the SELG successfully conducted a half-day symposium on Bullying Prevention and Ensuring Safe Spaces Online and Offline, with PNP and DICT serving as our valued resource persons. The activity equipped learners with essential knowledge on safety, responsibility, and respect in both physical and digital spaces.
The GPTA through its generous sponsors Nazz Jayubo Melai Calves Ruby Grace Mantilla and others, generously supported the activity by providing free snacks to all symposium participants, as well as to our KS1 learners who attended their regular classes.

We are truly grateful for the strong partnership and unwavering support of the Biliran Police Provincial Office and the Department of Information and Communications Technology in promoting learner welfare, safety, and empowerment.

Together, we build safe spaces for empowered learners. Project 3S achieved!

Grateful Hearts, Stronger School Community

With heartfelt gratitude, we extend our sincerest thanks to everyone who made the completion of the four (4) panels/blocks of our school perimeter fence possible. This project is a big step toward ensuring a safer and more secure learning environment for our learners.

Special thanks to:
*Hon. Mayor G Stephanie Espina for the generous cash assistance of ₱10,000

*Brgy. Captain Llube Jadulco of Brgy Barangay Agpangi for the donation of 200 pieces of hollow blocks

* GPTA for the pentikase

*Other sources of school funds were also utilized that helped complete the project.

Your unwavering support and commitment to education truly inspire us. Together, we continue to build not just fences, but a stronger, safer, and more caring school community.

📣 ANNOUNCEMENT FOR FREE LUGAW😅 📣

Subject: Distribution of Free Lugaw Snack Stubs for Pupils

Dear Teachers,

We’re happy to inform you that Free Lugaw Snack Stubs are now available and may be distributed at your discretion. I will give the stubs tomorrow.

🍲 What are these for?
Each stub entitles the pupil to one serving of lugaw during snack time.
This initiative aims to:

Promote kindness and generosity in the classroom

Encourage positive behavior and participation

Support learners in need

Help our canteen sellers by increasing engagement with the school canteen

🎯 Who can receive it?

The criteria are completely up to you. You may give the stubs as:

💚A reward for good behavior or academic effort

💚A form of care and support for a hungry pupil

💚A way to motivate or uplift someone who needs a boost that day

🔢 Each section is allotted 5 stubs only.

❤️ This initiative is made possible through the generosity of Ms. Rica Q, our thoughtful donor.

📌 Reminders:

Stubs are valid for one-time use only

No replacement if lost

Pupils must present the stub at the designated area during snack time.

Please remind them to clean up after eating.
