Today, March 28, 2026, the Peñafrancia Kalasag Lady 𝓔𝓪𝓰𝓵𝓮𝓼 Club (PKLEC), under the leadership of President Lady 𝓔𝓪𝓰𝓵𝓮 Maria Kristina Belleza and Project Head Lady 𝓔𝓪𝓰𝓵𝓮 Arf Montes, successfully carried out Project CARE: SRH Outreach Program in Barangay Pipian, San Fernando, Camarines Sur.

Organized by Peñafrancia Kalasag Lady 𝓔𝓪𝓰𝓵𝓮𝓼 Club, supported by Peñafrancia Kalasag 𝓔𝓪𝓰𝓵𝓮𝓼 Club, and in partnership with the Family Planning Organization of the Philippines (FPOP), this initiative focused on promoting awareness on family planning, HIV, and STI education, while extending compassionate care to the community we serve.

The Peñafrancia Kalasag Lady 𝓔𝓪𝓰𝓵𝓮𝓼 Club successfully held its 3rd General Membership Meeting last March 14, 2026, at Tim Lamon, bringing together members for an evening of collaboration, updates, and planning for upcoming initiatives.

The meeting covered important matters, including the Special Election, Treasurer’s Report, and preparations for the upcoming Outreach Program (Medical Mission). Members also shared ideas during a brainstorming session on Income Generating Projects (IGP) and discussed other concerns during the open forum.

We also acknowledge the presence of Eagle Ivan Ferrer Nievarez, who served as the District COMELEC Chair during the Special Election, ensuring that the process was conducted properly and with integrity.

Moments like these strengthen our unity, leadership, and commitment to serve the community with purpose. 💙🦅

Empowering women through knowledge and service. 💙🦅

The Peñafrancia Kalasag Lady 𝓔𝓪𝓰𝓵𝓮𝓼 Club, in partnership with the FPOP Camsur Chapter, successfully held a Capacity Building on Family Planning, HIV, and STI Awareness, equipping our Lady Eagles with essential knowledge to better serve the community.

We are grateful to our speaker and facilitator, Mx. Lloyd B. Delos Angeles, RM, RN, (Binibining L Delos Angeles) and staff, for sharing valuable insights and guiding us through this meaningful learning session.

We also acknowledge the presence and support of our Kuyas, Kuya Ivan, Kuya Vince, and Kuya Ernan, for joining us in this meaningful activity.
