𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞-𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝—𝐀𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐁𝐢𝐤𝐨𝐥

Savage Mind: Arts, Books, Cinema, together with the Goethe-Institut Philippinen and writers Jaya Jacobo and Kristian Cordero, is set to host a traveling writing workshop from May 10 to 17, 2026, moving through the provinces of Albay, Sorsogon, and Camarines Sur.

Called “Writings-in-Progress” (WIP), the workshop is built on a simple but demanding premise: that the act of writing is inseparable from the act of being somewhere. Rather than gathering participants in a single room, WIP puts them in motion, asking them to write, translate, and think in direct encounter with the landscapes, histories, and communities of the Bikol region.

Ang Pambansang Lupon sa Pagpapaunlad ng Aklat o National Book Development Board (NBDB) ay nakiki-𝑏𝑒𝑘𝑒̈𝑡 (nakikiisa) sa pagdiriwang ng Pambansang Buwan ng Panitikan ngayong Abril.

Isang pagpupugay sa mga Pambansang Alagad ng Panitikan at sa lahat ng mga manunulat at mambabasang Pilipino, na nagbubuklod sa ating pagkakakilanlan sa pamamagitan ng mga salita, kuwento, libro, at mga pamana ng lahi.

Maligayang Pambansang Buwan ng Panitikan!
