LOOK | Successfully held the Mental Health Guided Self-Help Toolkit Culminating Program on December 27, 2025, bringing together mentors, partners, and toolkit users in a meaningful celebration of growth, healing, and shared experiences. 🫂❤️‍🩹

Through engaging activities, heartfelt testimonials, and inspiring messages, the program highlighted the importance of mental health awareness, self-care, and community support. This culminating activity reflects our collective commitment to nurturing resilient, empowered, and mentally healthy individuals. 🩵

We are grateful to the Phlourish Mental Health Initiative Inc. for the opportunity to collaborate in promoting mental health awareness, guided self-help, and community well-being. 💚🎗

Our sincere appreciation as well to the LGU Calabanga, Sabang National High School, Barangay Sabang Council, Sangguniang Kabataan - Barangay Sabang, BYLI mentors, and all the participants who made this activity impactful and memorable.
