| On April 12, 2026, the Ateneo College Red Cross Youth (ACRCY) rendered duty during the Divine Mercy Sunday celebration at the Naga Metropolitan Cathedral. The organization deployed volunteers to set up and manage a First Aid Station, providing medical assistance and ensuring the safety of devotees and pilgrims during the Anointing of the Sick and the solemn procession around the City of Naga. Through this initiative, ACRCY continues to uphold its commitment to humanitarian service, preparedness, and community care. The organization extends its sincere gratitude to the organizers for the opportunity to serve, and to all volunteers whose dedication and professionalism made the activity successful.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who supported the Dugong Atenista bloodletting activity held last March. Your generosity made a meaningful difference, and we truly appreciate your continued commitment to saving lives.

For those who were unable to participate and are still interested in donating blood, another opportunity is available. Day 2 of this semester’s Dugong Atenista program is now scheduled on 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟏 (𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲). 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞. Originally set for April 16, the activity was rescheduled in support of the university’s energy conservation efforts, as the original date coincided with a Thursday schedule. The venue remains the same at 𝐗𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥, while the activity will now run from 𝟖:𝟎𝟎 𝐚.𝐦. 𝐭𝐨 𝟒:𝟎𝟎 𝐩.𝐦. 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲. We encourage donors to come early to ensure accommodation.

Every drop counts. Blood donations help patients undergoing surgery, those with medical conditions, and individuals in emergency situations.

| The Ateneo College Red Cross Youth (ACRCY) rendered service at The Naga Metropolitan Cathedral during the Lenten Via Crucis and Eucharistic Celebration held on February 27, March 6, March 13, March 20, and March 27, 2026, at the Patio and Grounds. Guided by the theme “Pagbaklay sa Dalan kan Cruz ni Cristo: Gabos Kaayon, Gabos may Gibuhon,” the weekly gatherings brought together pilgrims in reflection and prayer.

A total of 20 ACRCY volunteers were deployed across the said dates to establish and manage a First Aid Station at Porta Mariae, ensuring prompt assistance throughout each activity. The volunteers attended to 14 minor cases, demonstrating readiness and commitment to public service.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Naga Metropolitan Cathedral for entrusting ACRCY with this responsibility. Your trust strengthens our dedication to humanitarian service and the well-being of the community.

| The Ateneo College Red Cross Youth (ACRCY) proudly served during the Ateneo de Naga League Season 3 Intramurals 2026, held at Ateneo de Naga University on March 18–23, 2026.

A total of 40 trained first aiders were deployed, responding to 303 minor cases, 7 major cases, conducting 3 blood pressure checks, and assisting in the transport of 3 patients.

The safety and well-being of all athletes and participants remained our highest priority throughout the event. With Red Cross Youth volunteers on duty, immediate first aid response and assistance were ensured, contributing to a safe and secure environment for everyone. This reflects the continuing commitment of ACRCY to promote preparedness, service, and compassion in every community engagement.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the entire Ateneo community for the trust, support, and cooperation that made this service possible.

Congratulations to all participating teams for your dedication, discipline, and sportsmanship that brought energy and excellence to the games.

Participants become part of a shared mission of compassion, service, and solidarity within the Ateneo community.

• 18 years old and above (17 with parent’s permit)
• At least 50 kg (110 lbs.)
• In good general health
• No blood donation within the past 3 months
• Open to students, employees, relatives, and friends of ADNU

On February 27, 2026, ACRCY successfully conducted 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀: 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, bringing together members of the Ateneo de Naga University community for a learning initiative centered on disaster awareness and preparedness. Through insightful discussions and the sharing of real-life experiences, participants gained a deeper understanding of emergency response and the importance of preparedness during disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and floods.

The activity promoted a culture of safety, readiness, and resilience within the university while strengthening collaboration among student organizations.

|| During the commemoration of the People Power Anniversary in Naga City today, an unfortunate incident occurred when a student was injured after a LED wall collapsed.

One of the responders on site was 𝐈𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐨 along with the three members of the Ateneo de Naga University - Red Cross Youth Council who were off duty and present only to attend the Mass. Despite not being officially deployed, they immediately stepped in to assess the situation, provide first aid assistance, and ensure that the injured student received proper and timely management.

Their fast response reflects the true spirit of volunteerism. Always ready, always prepared, and always committed to helping others in times of need.
