The City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), under the Ulad Kabataan Program, is organizing the Out-of-School Youths and In-School Youths ages 15–30 years old as members of the PAG-ASA Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) in all 15 barangays of El Salvador City, including Barangay Molugan.

Starting OCTOBER 5, 2026, the City Government of El Salvador, through the City Local Environment and Natural Resources Office (CLENRO) in collaboration with all Barangays, will begin the strict implementation of the Solid Waste Management provisions under City Ordinance No. 02-S. 2013 – Environment Code of El Salvador City across ALL BARANGAYS of El Salvador City.

LET US REMEMBER:

🚯 NO LITTERING
Under Sec. 59, throwing, disposing of, or leaving any kind of waste in public places such as roads, canals, esteros, parks, and vacant lots is prohibited.

🔥 NO OPEN DUMPING OR BURNING OF SOLID WASTE
Under Sec. 19, open dumping or burning of solid waste is prohibited.

🗑️ SEGREGATE YOUR WASTE AT SOURCE
Under Sec. 65, waste must be properly segregated and properly collected/handled.

🚫 NO PLASTIC BAGS AND STYROFOAM
Under Secs. 61, 62 & 63, the use and distribution of plastic bags and styrofoam are prohibited.

⚠️ PENALTIES

Under Sec. 136:

🔴 1st Offense: ₱500 and/or 4 hours community service
🔴 2nd Offense: ₱1,000 and/or 8 hours community service
🔴 3rd Offense: ₱5,000 and/or 30 hours community service

Other violations may likewise be subject to the corresponding penalties provided under the Environment Code.

Ani-Dagat Festival 2026 | Day 8 Highlights (July 25, 2026) [🚤][🌊]

Day 8 of Ani-Dagat Festival 2026 brought excitement and adrenaline to the waters with the much-anticipated Bangkarera, showcasing the strength, skill, determination, and competitive spirit of our local boat racers.

With the roar of engines and the cheers of the crowd, participants took to the waters and gave their all in an exhilarating race filled with thrilling action and unforgettable moments. The Bangkarera celebrated not only the talent and sportsmanship of our racers but also our community’s strong connection to the sea and our vibrant coastal heritage.

Congratulations to all the participants and winners who displayed remarkable skill, courage, and determination throughout the competition. Your passion and competitive spirit made this year’s Bangkarera a memorable part of the Ani-Dagat Festival 2026 celebration!

Day 6 of Ani-Dagat Festival 2026 marked a memorable celebration filled with recognition, music, and unforgettable moments, beginning with the much-awaited Awarding Ceremony and culminating in an exciting Music Fest & Rave Party.

The Awarding Ceremony recognized the dedication, hard work, teamwork, and sportsmanship of the athletes and participants who gave their best throughout the festival. Congratulations to all the winners and participants for making this year's activities a meaningful and exciting celebration!

As the night continued, the celebration came alive with the Music Fest & Rave Party, featuring electrifying performances from DGARS, DBC Grind, and PL Double O, along with the amazing beats of DJ Resty and DJ Shaun Kim. The night was filled with music, dancing, energy, and memories shared by the entire community.
