PSIA, in partnership with 917Ventures and Concati, successfully held the first TechTalks series of 2026 titled Engineering Modern Customer Engagement: From Click to Loyalty to Insight on March 24, 2026, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the 917V Board Room, 18F W Fifth, 5th Ave, BGC. The session brought together industry professionals and up-and-coming thought leaders to explore strategies and innovations shaping modern customer engagement from initial digital interactions to building lasting loyalty and deriving meaningful insights.

PSIA’s 1st Quarter General Membership Meeting for 2026 was successfully held at 2F Radiate Hall, The Globe Tower, BGC, and via Zoom. With the theme State of the Industry, the event brought together our community to reflect on where we are today—and where we’re headed next.

We extend our sincere thanks to our event partner, Globe Business, for hosting us.

The program opened with welcome remarks from Globe Business, followed by the President’s Report on the State of the Industry and an engaging panel discussion with industry experts. The evening concluded with the presentation of Loyalty Awards.

The PSIA welcomed the holiday season with its 4th Quarter General Membership Meeting and 2025 Year-End Party on December 11, held at the 16th Floor, Hanston Square Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, in partnership with UNI-PIPC.

The program opened with welcoming remarks from UNI-PIPC, followed by the annual Year-End President’s Report and a festive dinner enjoyed by all attendees.

The evening concluded with the induction of new member companies and the announcement of the 2025 Board of Directors Election results.

We also had the privilege of recognizing our most loyal members. Congratulations once again to our awardees who received the 5–9 Years of Service Awards. Your dedication has been invaluable to PSIA, and we deeply appreciate your contributions to the industry.
