Project Planning and Coordination Meeting for the Establishment of a State College in Placer

A productive Project Planning and Coordination Meeting was held in Mayors Office to discuss the proposed establishment of a State College in Placer, bringing together representatives from DEBEMSCAT Mandaon.

The meeting focused on key areas essential to the realization of the project, including land donation and legal processes, site development, academic program selection, community engagement, project timelines, and next steps for implementation.

The discussion also highlighted the importance of strong local support, coordination, and collaboration among all stakeholders to move this initiative forward.

With the legislative measure already passed in Congress led by our very dear Congressman Wilton Tonton Kho and now under consideration on second reading in the Senate, we remain hopeful and committed to working together toward bringing this important educational opportunity closer to the people of Placer. 🙏🎓

It was inspiring to see our young people actively learning, participating, and putting their fire safety skills to the test.

My simple message to everyone.. Be Aware. Be involved. Be prepared.. because when we work together , we can help protect lives..our families and our community.
