: A threat actor under the name “singular” has claimed responsibility for leaking over 155,000 student records allegedly taken from the University of San Carlos (USC) in Cebu City. The exposed data contains sensitive personal and academic information, with additional files suggesting even more detailed records were compromised. The attacker also shared sample files to demonstrate authenticity. As of this writing, the university has not released any official statement.
