Organized under the banner of 𝑷𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒖𝒓𝒔, with the guidance of its adviser 𝐃𝐫. 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐁. 𝐆𝐮𝐫𝐨 and proactive leadership of its President, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐟, the event aimed to enrich and inspire young leaders in Piagapo with the skills and knowledge necessary for successful entrepreneurship, peacebuilding, and community engagement. This initiative was a collaborative endeavor with various government agencies and partners namely: the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐨 𝐃𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐫 through the 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐰 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐑𝐘𝐃𝐎); 𝐋𝐆𝐔 𝐏𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐩𝐨 through the 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫; 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 – 𝐏𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐩𝐨 (𝐋𝐘𝐃𝐎𝐏); 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐏𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐩𝐨; and 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐏𝐍𝐏) through the 𝐏𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐩𝐨 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Participants included Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman from the thirty-seven barangays, members of community-based youth, in-school and out-of-school youth from the Municipality of Piagapo.

The day-long seminar commenced with opening remarks from the lead organizer and adviser, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐁. 𝐆𝐮𝐫𝐨, followed by messages of support from esteemed partners. These included 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫-𝐇𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐫, the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President, representing 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐀𝐥𝐢 𝐋. 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫, and 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐒𝐚𝐡𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐃. 𝐇𝐚𝐝𝐣𝐢 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐟, 𝐌𝐒, 𝐌𝐄, Dean of the College of Business Administration and Accountancy. This followed a comprehensive overview of the program's rationale by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐔. 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐟, President of 𝑷𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒖𝒓𝒔. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐞 𝐂. 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚, former Chairperson of the Management Department and Assistant Dean of the CBAA also graced the event.

The morning session featured insightful presentations by distinguished resource speakers. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐙𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐞 𝐃. 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐫𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐦, 𝐌𝐁𝐀 (𝐂𝐀𝐑), shed light on "Fundamentals of Peace Education & Conflict Transformation", while 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐥 “𝐉𝐞𝐟𝐟” 𝐀𝐝𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐠, the Keynote Speaker, discussed "Youth Development and its Role in Peacebuilding and Local Economy". Meanwhile, the afternoon session commenced with an icebreaker led by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐡 𝐌. 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐥 and 𝐌𝐬. 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐨. Moreover, a renowned lecturer and active researcher focusing on social entrepreneurship, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐮 𝐀. 𝐁𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚, 𝐌𝐁𝐀, 𝐂𝐅𝐌𝐏, served as resource speaker and delivered a captivating presentation on "How Entrepreneurship Can Drive Conflict Resolution and Economic Development." This lecture set the tone for the afternoon workshop and activities, which included the "Peace Passport" activity led by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐔. 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐟, and "Youth Voices for Peace" workshop facilitated by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐲𝐚𝐡 𝐑. 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐧. These activities fostered connection and collaboration among participants, encouraging them to envision a peaceful community while integrating their entrepreneurial aspirations. The event concluded with closing remarks from the Secretary-General, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐉𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐇. 𝐇𝐚𝐝𝐣𝐢 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐫.

Through collaborative efforts, the organization has secured key partnerships, resources, and a venue for its project, paving the way for a brighter future for young leaders in the community. On 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒, 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬, led by 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐟 and 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲-𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐝𝐣𝐢 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐫, paid a courtesy visit to the 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐩𝐨, 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐨 𝐃𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐫. During this visit, the team met with 𝐏𝐋𝐓 𝐒𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐫., the Chief of Police of the Piagapo Municipal Police Station and pledged full support in providing security during the project implementation. The visit also included a meeting with the Office of the Municipal Mayor through his staff. In the days leading up to the second courtesy visit, the Municipal authorities showed a commitment to partnering with 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬.

Meanwhile, on 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒, the second courtesy visit took place, led by 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲-𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐝𝐣𝐢 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐫, along with 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐏. 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 and 𝐌𝐬. 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐨. The Local Government of Piagapo, under the leadership of Municipal Mayor, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐀𝐥𝐢 𝐋. 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫, expressed enthusiastic support for the project.
