Tobaccoff Now and the Positive Youth Development Network are now in partnership with ICTzens!

A meaningful and engaging workshop was successfully brought to life through the initiative of Ms. Sohaylah B. Manabilang, one of the dedicated mentors of Summer Reboot. In line with our commitment to holistic and flexible learning, we proudly endorsed our students, who actively volunteered and participated in this inspiring initiative.

The event was further enriched by the presence of resource speaker Mrs. Amaliah Sultanbatao-Abantas, who generously lent her time and expertise in discussing important insights and learnings with the participants.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude and salute to everyone involved, including the partner NGOs, ICTzens members, volunteers, and organizers, for dedicating their time and effort in making this event possible and impactful.

Summer Reboot 2026 | 6th Week

We are now nearing the final weeks of the summer program, yet the surprises and special opportunities continue to unfold. Our volunteer students recently participated in a Mental Health Training conducted by 3rd-year BS Psychology students from Mindanao State University Main Campus, spearheaded by Ms. Nashima M. Balading.

Summer Reboot 2026 | 5th Week

Beyond the core subjects we offer — English, Science, Mathematics, and Practical Research — this week was also filled with meaningful and enriching learning experiences through our special sessions.

We conducted Mental Health sessions together with 3rd year students from the Psychology Department of Mindanao State University Main Campus. Participants also gained valuable insights on politics through a discussion facilitated by a student from Public Administration.

Meanwhile, our Public Speaking training, which has already been running for three weeks now, continues to help participants improve their confidence and communication skills. A Broadcasting session was also conducted by a known journalist from the College of Information and Computing Sciences (CICS).

Indeed, another week of learning, growth, and empowerment for everyone involved!

In partnership with the College of Information and Computing Sciences, we successfully delivered a dynamic training on layout design and basic computer skills. The two-day session was filled with energy, collaboration, and creativity, as students actively engaged in hands-on activities and interactive games—transforming learning into a fun, meaningful, and empowering experience.
