๐Ÿ’ญ In a profession built on compassion, what happens when caring starts to take a toll? ๐Ÿค”

We often celebrate the ability to give our best care endlessly โ€” to listen, to hold space, to heal. Like flowers in full bloom, our healthcare providers pour their energy into others. But what we donโ€™t always see is what happens beneath the surfaceโ€ฆ when the energy starts to run low, and caring begins to feel heavier than it used to.

Understanding compassion fatigue is about recognizing the early signs before it quietly takes root within you. When left unnoticed, it doesnโ€™t just affect how we care for others but it slowly changes how you see yourself, your purpose, and even the people you once deeply connected to.

In environments where compassion is constantly given, awareness becomes our protection. Understanding compassion fatigue can create space for rest, recovery, and reflection; so that caring doesnโ€™t come at the cost of our own well-being. ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿซ‚

Because blooming isnโ€™t just about giving beauty to others โ€” itโ€™s also about sustaining life within yourself. ๐ŸŒฑโœจ

The Medical Mission Inc., in partnership with RAC, proudly shares the highlights from our ๐—™๐—œ๐—ฅ๐—ฆ๐—ง ๐—”๐—œ๐—— ๐—”๐—ก๐—— ๐—•๐—”๐—ฆ๐—œ๐—– ๐—Ÿ๐—œ๐—™๐—˜ ๐—ฆ๐—จ๐—ฃ๐—ฃ๐—ข๐—ฅ๐—ง ๐—ง๐—ฅ๐—”๐—œ๐—ก๐—œ๐—ก๐—š, held last April 12, 2026, at Brgy. Balucuc, Apalit, Pampanga.

This initiative brought together Barangay Health Workers and community responders from Brgy. Tabuyuc and Brgy. Balucuc, equipping them with updated First Aid and BLS techniques, coordinated response strategies, and the confidence to act when it matters most. โ›‘๏ธโค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน
