DeMolay Philippines proudly launches its 2nd National Program under “VIRTUES IN ACTION.”

This project is anchored on the 1st Virtue of the Order, Filial Love, the initiative highlights “10,000 Rosas Alay Kay Nanay.”

Led by Leg. Jn Yvan Nicole Condes, Grand 1st Preceptor, this heartfelt DeMolay initiative is a tribute to the unwavering love, sacrifice, and strength of our mothers. Through this meaningful activity, we aim to deepen our appreciation and strengthen the bond of love and respect within our families.

Inspired by the 1st Candle: Filial Love, we are reminded of the sacred connection between parent and child—a love that nurtures, guides, and shapes who we become.

As reflected in the Flower Talk:
“…you may sink into the lowest depths of infamy and degradation, but never below the reach of her love. The memory of it will always stir your heart. There is no man so entirely base, so completely vile, so utterly low that he does not hold in his heart a shrine set apart for the memory of his mother’s love.”

Let us honor our NANAYS not just with red roses, but with gratitude, respect, and love that lasts beyond a single day.

𝐌𝐀𝐘 𝟏𝟒, 𝟏𝟗𝟓𝟗 – 𝐀𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐋 𝟐𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The Supreme Council, Order of DeMolay of the Republic of the Philippines deeply mourns the sudden passing of our Grand Secretary and Past Grand Master, Honorable Edward Y. Chua.

Dad Edward was a true DeMolay. He joined our Order when he was a teenager, just like many of us, and through his dedication and love for the fraternity, he rose to become one of our most respected and beloved leaders.

He was recently honored as “The Father of the Order of Knighthood of the Order of DeMolay.” Because of his vision and hard work, the Knighthood Priories grew from only five (5) to thirty-three (33) more across the country. He also created the Grand Priory of the Order of Knighthood, which now serves as the guiding body for all Priories. To recognize those who gave their time and effort to the growth of Knighthood, he established the honor – Illustrious Knight Commander of the Cross of Honor (IKCCH).

But more than his titles and achievements, Dad Edward will always be remembered for his kind heart, his generosity without limits, and his deep love for the youth of our country. He believed in young men, trusted them, and gave them opportunities to grow as leaders and brothers.

The Supreme Council, together the thousands of Filipino young boys who will miss him dearly grieves and prays for strength for the family of Dad Edward in this difficult time.

His example will continue to inspire us to live with fidelity, love, truth, and service. May we honor his memory by living true to our vows and carrying forward the light he shared with us burning.

Held on April 25, 2026, in Tagaytay City, this significant milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter of leadership, service, and continued excellence in the Craft. DeMolay Philippines stands in full support of his leadership and vision.

DeMolay Philippines extends its heartfelt congratulations to Past Grand Master MW Raul E. Canon Jr. on the successful conclusion of his term. ⚔️

His theme for his term “Bawat Isa sa Masoneriya ay Mahalaga,” has strengthened the values of unity, service, and brotherhood that continue to inspire even young DeMolays across the nation.

As his term comes to a close, we welcome a new set of officers who will carry forward the mission and continue shaping the future of the youth and organization.

From 2024 up to your final day in office, you both have tirelessly spearheaded the Supreme Council Order of DeMolay/DeMolay Philippines and DeMolay Alumni Association of the Philippines with integrity, passion, and purpose. Through every challenge faced and every milestone achieved, your commitment has strengthened the bonds of brotherhood and elevated the standards of leadership for generations to come.
