📚 As one of LAPIS' flagship academic advocacy initiatives, this annual program provides an opportunity for both local and international LAPIS Advisers to serve as Visiting Professors and guest lecturers, sharing their expertise, research, and professional experiences with graduate students from diverse academic and professional backgrounds.

🌐 The Visiting Professor Program embodies one of the fundamental pillars of LAPIS—the advancement and sharing of knowledge through academic excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and global engagement. Each year, distinguished LAPIS Advisers are invited to contribute to this initiative, fostering lifelong learning, promoting international academic exchange, and strengthening the Society's commitment to Borderless Education.

📩 LAPIS Advisers who wish to participate in this year's program are kindly requested to coordinate with the LAPIS Secretariat to arrange their lecture schedules and program details.

Pangandaman, who has been conferred the 🏅 Meritorious Achievement Medal by the Special Operations Command, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) through General Orders No. 100.

📍 The award was formally presented today at the Headquarters, Joint Special Operations Command, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City, during the Donning of the SOC, AFP Beret and Flash Badge Ceremony, with General Romeo S. Brawner Jr., PA, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, serving as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.

👏 Ms. Pangandaman was recognized for her eminently meritorious and invaluable contributions to the mission accomplishment of the Special Operations Command. As a distinguished Subject Matter Expert and respected academic, her expertise, strategic insights, and unwavering commitment significantly contributed to the Command's successful attainment of Institutionalized Status under the AFP Transformation Roadmap Institutionalization Pathway (AFPTRIP).
