INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS SHOWCASE NATIVE CUISINE AT ISA FOOD FAIR 2026

International students and various student organizations featured “the flavors of the world” through serving diverse cuisines at the International Cultural Food Fair on Monday, March 2, at the UST Quadricentennial Park.

The International Students’ Association (ISA)-led event allowed foreign students and their fellow Thomasians to highlight their cultures and talents through food and cultural presentations. Students from Cameroon, Saudi Arabia, India, Indonesia, China, Pakistan, Turkey, Myanmar, South Korea, and Vietnam participated in the celebration.

University-wide organizations also took part in the event where Thomasian Nihon Kyoukai represented the culinary traditions of Japan, the UST UNESCO Club featured Filipino cuisine, and the Filipino-Chinese student organization UST Scarlet Central showcased the delicacies of China.

The annual food fair, organized by the UST-ISA, in partnership with the UST Office for Student Affairs, aimed to promote cultural appreciation and unity among Thomasians through a shared experience of international flavors.
