The countdown is hitting the final seconds! Tomorrow, the G/F Lobby of the Tan Yan Kee Building becomes the ultimate stage for our biggest mission yet: Love in a Bag. 🎒❤️

We’ve seen the Science Unit level up through training, and now it’s time to put those skills into action. This isn’t just a blood drive—it’s a quest to provide the ultimate "Extra Life" to those in need. 🎮✨

A true hero knows that preparation is the key to a successful raid! Before you step up to the console, make sure your stats are optimized with our 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲:

💤𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙈𝙤𝙙𝙚: Get at least 5 hours of quality sleep.

🚫🍷𝘾𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙄𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮: No alcohol or smoking for 24 hours prior!

🌡️𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙘𝙠: Ensure you're in top condition—no coughs, colds, or fever.

🍎💧𝙁𝙪𝙚𝙡 𝙐𝙥: Eat a healthy meal (skip the fatty food!) and stay hydrated.

❤️🔝𝙋𝙤𝙨𝙩-𝙈𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮: Once you’ve completed your donation, don't forget to keep your HP up!

🏋️‍♂️❌𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙩 & 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚: Avoid heavy lifting for 24 hours.

🥤𝙃𝙮𝙙𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘽𝙪𝙛𝙛: Drink plenty of water or juice.

🧊 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝘿𝙤𝙬𝙣: Use a cold compress on the site if needed.

The countdown has officially begun! In just 𝟰 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦, the G/F Lobby of the Tan Yan Kee Building transforms into a hub for real-life heroes. We aren’t just hitting buttons—we’re saving lives. 🕹️✨

Are your stats ready for the ultimate mission? Check the requirements below to see if you can join the party:

📈𝙇𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩: 18–60 years old (16-17? Just bring your guardian’s consent scroll! 📜)

💪𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩: Weight must be 110 lbs (50 kgs) and above. ⚖️

♥️𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝘽𝙖𝙧:Normal BP, Respiratory, and Pulse rate on the day of the quest.

👾𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘽𝙤𝙨𝙨: A physical examination will be conducted prior to donation to ensure you're mission-ready! 🩺

Today, we remember a moment in history when ordinary Filipinos stood together with extraordinary courage. Along Epifanio de los Santos Avenue, unity became strength, and peaceful resistance became power. ✨

EDSA Day serves as a reminder of the strength found in solidarity and the importance of responsible citizenship. ✨ It calls us to stay informed, engaged, and mindful of the role we each play in shaping our communities. ✊💛

The room was filled with energy, and today, the 4/F Tan Yan Kee AVR was transformed into a training ground for future lifesavers! 🩺⚡

We didn’t just show up—we leveled up. From mastering the rhythm of CPR & BLS to the precision of Wound Care and the dedication behind Blood Donation Care, every participant took a massive step toward becoming a true responder. 🩹🩸

The Red Cross Youth Council is incredibly proud of everyone who stepped out of their comfort zones, and got hands-on with these life-saving skills.
