On April 25, 2026, the PCCR-Red Cross Youth Council officers, accompanied by PCCR Student Affairs and Services (SAS) Head Sir Bryan Alexander Z. Garon, Medical and Dental Services (MDS) Nurse Ms. Pia Mariah Dulay, and Council Adviser Ms. Sophia Kyla D. ๐ˆ๐ ๐๐‡๐Ž๐“๐Ž๐’: A new chapter unfolds as the PCCR โ€“ Red Cross Youth Council held its 1st General Meeting and Transition of Officers for the 2nd Semester of A.Y. 2025โ€“2027 on April 14, 2026 at the AVR, 3rd Floor, JFAB, PCCR.

With renewed commitment and shared purpose, the council gathered to map out future plans, set clear goals, and align key tasks before resuming full operations. The transition also highlighted the roles and responsibilities of each officer, strengthening unity, direction, and readiness to serve.

PCCR โ€“ Red Cross Youth Council submitted its Application for Accreditation for the 2nd Semester of A.Y. 2025โ€“2027 to the Philippine College of Criminology โ€“ Student Empowerment and Leadership Unit, under the leadership of Mr. Jester A. Bautista, and to the Philippine Red Cross โ€“ Manila Chapter (Red Cross Youth), guided by Mr. Angel Francisco.

This aims to publicize the Councilโ€™s progress and strengthen its commitment to recognized standards of leadership, volunteerism, and humanitarian service through accreditation.

Accomplished on March 30, 2026, with the support of Ms. Chris Pauline N. Vasquez, RCrim (Former President) and Mr. One Dhero D. Ontay, RCrim (Former Chairperson), under the guidance of Ms. Sophia Kyla D. Vibar, RCrim (Adviser), through the collective efforts of all current Executive Officers.
