DELAYING TACTICS?

Two Filipino lawyers representing victims in Rodrigo Duterte’s ICC case called out his defense panel, accusing it of delaying proceedings.

This, after the former president’s camp requested to appeal the Pre-Trial Chamber I decision that junked its earlier motion to disqualify Gilbert Andres and Joel Butuyan.
