Today, we mark the 40th anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution!

A pivotal moment in our history when Filipinos came together, unarmed but resolute, to reclaim democracy. This peaceful uprising proved to the world that unity, courage, and hope can overcome oppression.

During those trying times, the strength of the Filipino people shone through. Ordinary citizens, workers, students, religious groups, and families stood fearlessly in the face of danger, guided only by faith in one another and love for the nation. Their collective bravery turned solidarity into a powerful force for change.

As we reflect on this historic event, may we remain steadfast in upholding freedom, truth, and justice. May it remind us that the power to shape the future of our nation continues to rest in our hands.

Yesterday, January 10, UE Alpha Sigma (UEΑΣ), together with the Rotary Club of Quezon City MediaTech, the Center for Filipino Youth Volunteers (CFYV), UE Sandigan, UE Achievers’ Council for Excellence – UE Dentistry, and other committed student volunteers, conducted a Dental Fluoride Cleaning and Oral Hygiene Seminar for the children and families of Barangay San Roque, Quezon City.

The activity promoted oral health education and provided free fluoride applications, dental hygiene kits, and guidance on building long-term healthy habits for young learners in the community.

Through shared work and compassion, the initiative aimed to strengthen family awareness on preventive dental care and empower participants to take charge of their well-being.

🌱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗛𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 ₱𝟯𝟯,𝟳𝟱𝟬 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱!

Marking the close of our fundraising activity, held just a day before the 2nd Phase of 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, we are thrilled to share that we raised a total of ₱𝟯𝟯,𝟳𝟱𝟬.𝟬𝟬 for our 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁!

This achievement was made possible in partnership with our 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻, 𝗨𝗘 𝗔𝗹𝗽𝗵𝗮 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻; in deep appreciation of our 𝗧𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿, 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰. We also extend recognition to the Rotaract Club of Quezon City and the Center for Filipino Youth Volunteers, who not only contributed their support but also joined us on the ground. CFYV further strengthened the mission by serving as our fundraising partner, ensuring that the vision of 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 could be fully realized.

Sa bawat panawagan, lalo pang umiigting ang tinig ng bayan—isang tinig na hindi na kayang pigilan at hindi na maaaring ipagwalang-bahala. Ang UE Alpha Sigma ay narito hindi lamang upang makiisa, kundi upang patunayan at ipaglaban ang panawagang ito.

On 𝟲 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝗨𝗘 𝗔𝗹𝗽𝗵𝗮 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮 in partnership with the 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝗖𝗙𝗬𝗩), successfully concluded 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 with the second phase of its environmental initiative at the 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲, 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮, 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘇𝗼𝗻. This final installment of the project highlighted 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 through the planting of 𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to advancing holistic environmental stewardship.
