Catholic Women's League Philippines Inc. The Catholic Women’s League, Philippines, Inc. better known as CWL, is a nationwide Catholic organization for women.

It was founded in 1919 by the late Michael O’Doherty, Archbishop of Manila. It is a mandated religious, charitable, socio-economic, civic, nonpartisan non profit organization through which Catholic Women can find a means of growth in Faith and have the opportunity for organized work and concerted effort in the exercise of their vocation and apostolate. f and others in order to achieve the total human integral development of self, family and community. The League is specially dedicated and consecrated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus through the maternal patronage of Mary, Mother of God and Mother of the Church, Its motto: CHARITY, WORK, LOYALTY. It is registered with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) and a bonafide member of the Civic Assembly of Women of the Philippines (CAWP), now National Council of Women of the Philippines (NCWP). It is also affiliated with the International Organization of the World Union of Catholic Women’s Organization (WUCWO).
