This is our statement and read it fully.
For six years, Blind Techno gave free TeamTalk servers to anyone who wanted one, Filipino or not, each with one gigabyte of storage. Server owners were free to hold more than one, and most kept around two, sometimes three. In 2025, we upgraded further, introducing a TeamTalk control panel so every server owner had direct control over their own server, along with real privacy. We never interfered with what people did on their servers.
All we asked in return was one simple rule. Server owners were not allowed to secretly run another TeamTalk server on a separate domain while still keeping an active server with us. That was it. One rule, out of everything we could have asked for. We gave full control and full privacy, and the only thing we asked for in return was honesty.
If someone wanted to leave for another domain entirely, that was always fine, and still is. They could have told us in the group chat, or messaged any of us privately, and we would have understood completely. Some of the people who broke this rule were people we were personally close to, and there were so many chances for them to simply tell us the truth. Instead, they chose to quietly run another server elsewhere while keeping their Blind Techno server active, hoping it would go unnoticed.
We recently found ten server owners doing exactly that, out of a hundred total, and this is only what we've confirmed so far.
Separately, we've also seen rumors circulating on TikTok and other social media claiming that Blind Techno closed because we ran out of money or never had a real budget to begin with. We want to gently point out that this doesn't add up. If we truly had no budget, this service would not have lasted six years. The truth is simpler: six of us personally split the server costs every month, out of our own pockets, alongside our regular jobs, for six years, just to keep this running for a community that never had to pay us anything.
So between the rule violations and the rumors, we felt it was worth sharing the honest reason for closing, not because we owe anyone an explanation, but because we would rather our community hear the truth from us directly.
None of this takes away from what this community meant to us. Over six years, we built real friendships and real relationships with so many of you, shared countless moments together in our main TeamTalk server, and were genuinely proud to be part of this space.
To everyone who stayed loyal, who was honest with us, and who was part of building this community with real friendship over the years, thank you. That mattered more than any of this, and we're grateful for every bit of it.
And to those who broke our one rule, you all know who you are. We hope that someday, you'll find it in yourselves to come clean and own up to it. That's really all we ask.
And now, if you're asking us whether Blind Techno will ever come back, the answer is totally no.
We're tired.
More than tired.
We're exhausted.
Six years is a long time. Six years of paying for servers out of our own pockets, maintaining the infrastructure, dealing with problems, supporting server owners, answering questions, and trying to keep everything running while also living our own lives and working our regular jobs.
At this point, we simply don't have the energy to do it all over again.
For now, we're just joining and hosting our own spaces on different domains and experiencing what it's like to simply be a server owner, without having to carry the responsibility of an entire server network on our shoulders.
And honestly, that is enough for us.
As for those who have been spreading rumors about Blind Techno, we have nothing left to prove to you.
You were not there for the six years we spent paying the bills.
You were not there when we were maintaining the servers.
You were not there when problems had to be fixed in the middle of the night.
You were not there when we gave people free servers, free storage, privacy, and control without asking them for money.
So please, stop pretending that you know why Blind Techno existed, how it was funded, or why it ended.
You don't know the sacrifices that were made behind the scenes.
You don't know how much time, money, patience, and effort went into keeping this alive.
And if you chose to believe or spread rumors without ever bothering to ask us for the truth, that was your choice.
But don't turn your assumptions into facts.
Don't rewrite six years of our work just because the truth doesn't fit the story you wanted to tell.
Blind Techno is closed.
Not because we had nothing.
Not because we were incapable of keeping it running.
And certainly not because some rumor on social media says so.
It ended because we reached a point where we no longer wanted to carry the weight of it.
We gave six years of our time, money, effort, trust, and patience.
Now we're choosing to give something back to ourselves.

To everyone who respected us, trusted us, stayed honest, and became part of this community, thank you.
And to those who helped make Blind Techno what it was, you will always be part of its history.
But this chapter is over.
There will be no comeback.
There will be no relaunch.
There will be no second version.
Blind Techno is closed, and this time, we're letting it stay that way.
