Every great brand begins with intentional design—and sometimes, the smallest details leave the biggest impression.

The MBC - Junior Business Administration Association proudly participated in ELEVATING CREATIVITY: Mastering Color, Material, Finish in Print and Packaging Design, an exclusive masterclass organized by Fedrigoni Special Papers – Fedrigoni Asia Southeast Branch. The session provided an immersive learning experience on how Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) shape the way brands communicate through print and packaging.

Guided by industry experts Ruth Toreno and Leslie Cuatico, our delegates explored the impact of paper properties, material selection, finishing techniques, and emerging packaging trends on creating memorable brand experiences. Beyond understanding the technical aspects of print production, participants discovered how thoughtful design choices influence consumer perception, strengthen brand identity, and elevate marketing communication.

The experience also opened valuable opportunities to connect with professionals from the creative, printing, and packaging industries, reinforcing JBAA's commitment to exposing its members to industry-driven learning that bridges creativity and business.

Representatives from the Manila Business College – Junior Business Administration Association proudly took part in GrowthCon 2026, where students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders gathered to exchange ideas, share experiences, and inspire the next generation of changemakers.

Where Conversations Become Connections.

Every meaningful opportunity begins with a simple introduction.

For many students, networking can feel intimidating—a room full of unfamiliar faces, conversations waiting to happen, and the uncertainty of making the first move. But during Business Brew #1: Breaking the Ice — Networking Basics in College, those first conversations became the foundation for new friendships, future collaborations, and professional growth.

Designed as the inaugural installment of JBAA's Business Brew series, the session transformed an ordinary morning into an interactive learning experience. Through the 30-Second Self-Pitch Challenge, guided networking circles, and collaborative discussions, participants discovered that networking is less about exchanging names and more about building genuine relationships through confidence, curiosity, and authenticity.

More than a workshop, Business Brew reflects the Junior Business Administration Association's commitment to creating opportunities that extend beyond the classroom. Every initiative is intentionally designed to equip students with practical skills, meaningful industry exposure, and experiences that prepare them for life after college.

Because at JBAA, learning doesn't end when the lecture does—it continues through conversations, communities, and connections.
