Mandaue Hope Center for Precious Children Caters Precious/Special Children through SPONSORSHIP On October 17, 2004, MHCPC was formally launched by the MCBC congregation.

In the early months of 2004, the church (MCBC) began special seminars and sign language classes to equip those who would be leading this ministry. It was introduced as a 2-division ministry- the SILENT CLASS (for Deaf Children) and PRECIOUS JEWELS (for the mentally & intellectually disabled children). MHCPC envisions developing these special children to the highest sense of competence to fulfill God's given purpose for their lives in furthering God's Kingdom in Mandaue City.
