This graduation is not an ending, but the beginning of a new chapter—one filled with greater awareness, courage, grace, and possibility.

May you always be reminded of the countless lives you have touched and the beautiful ripples of love you continue to create. Thank you for showing us what it means to love all in and for inspiring us to keep choosing love, too.

Before LEAP, I was a woman who poured all her energy, time, effort, and love into the people she cared about, constantly putting herself last on the list. I believed that sacrifice was the ultimate expression of love. But over time, that way of loving drained me. I experienced burnout, unhappiness, and a deep physical and emotional exhaustion. I was giving so much of myself that I had forgotten to give anything to me.

Then LEAP changed something fundamental within me.

It taught me that there is also me. That I matter. That putting myself first is not selfish—it is an act of self-love. I learned to fill my own cup with love, joy, and appreciation, so that when it overflows, I can give from abundance rather than from depletion.

LEAP taught me the declaration: “My love overflows joyfully.” And I have been living that declaration ever since.

It also taught me to step into the greatest, grandest version of myself—to recognize my own worth regardless of how other people or the outside world may perceive me. I learned that my value does not depend on someone else’s approval, validation, or recognition.

I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am deserving of love, joy, and abundance.

And most importantly, I no longer have to lose myself in loving others. I can love deeply while still choosing myself—and from that place, my love truly does overflow joyfully.

One of my biggest takeaways from FLEX was realizing that I am just one choice away from living the life I want for myself—to live fully and love freely.

FLEX made that possible for me. I chose to meet myself with forgiveness, compassion, and acceptance, and in doing so, I understood that what I generously give myself is what I can genuinely give to others. It reminded me that, the life I long for can begin with simply choosing differently.

My life still has its own ups and downs, but what matters most to me now is allowing myself to feel, choose, experience, grow, and become, without constantly holding myself back or feeling the need to protect myself. For me, this is what it means to live fully and love freely.
