What is DEBESMSCAT Student Electoral Board?

The 𝐃𝐄𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐌𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐓 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 (𝐃'𝐒𝐄𝐁) is the governing and independent body entrusted to facilitate the implementation of election procedures. It is responsible in crafting guidelines and other policies relative to the conduct of an election in accordance with the provisions stated in the Constitution and By-laws of the Institutional and College-Based Organization in the College.

Who may apply?

In order to be qualified for any position, the candidate must not an aspiring candidate to any Institutional and College-Based Organizations and must not have atleast 3 office affiliations inside the college. Candidates must be of outstanding character and possess high ethical standards and must be available once a month for scheduled meetings and undertakings.

(1) Commissioner of College of Agriculture
(1) Commissioner of College of Industrial Technology
(1) Commissioner of College of Engineering
(1) Commissioner of College of Arts and Sciences
(1) Commission of DEBESMSCAT Cawayan Campus

Another academic milestone just begun and everyone is ready to take on the step despite the ravaging effects of this pandemic. First day, first week and first month would be the most thrilling part of school as DEBESIANS but sadly not in today's situation.

But wait! who says excitement is over? Our fighting spirit and our resiliency will destroy everything that hinders us. We are like BDO that always finds ways, to make everything impossible into possible.

Face to face welcome party is prohibited but we still got the chance to welcome everyone to DEBESMSCAT!

It is within our nature as Filipinos to always lend a hand whenever we have a kababayan who needs it. This past few days, we faced a lot of challenges. We are currently battling with Corona virus, we are devastated by typhoon Rolly and recently, we once again hit by another typhoon (Ulysses). We have faced too much challenges. Challenges that killed our fellow Filipinos. Challenges that destroyed houses. Challenges that caused too much burden.

With the urge to help our fellow Filipinos, the FUTURE VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL LEADERS OF THE PHILIPPINES (FVTLP) DEBESMSCAT came up with Donation drive that aims to help those affected by the Typhoons.
