One year. Countless moments. One shared commitment to serve.

As the 𝗖𝗕𝗘𝗔 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, we officially close this chapter of our journey with hearts full of gratitude.

This journey was filled with challenges, lessons, friendships, and memories that shaped us as student leaders. Behind every project and initiative were hours of teamwork and a genuine desire to serve the students.

To every CBEAn who trusted us, supported our initiatives, shared your concerns, and allowed us to represent you — thank you. You made every effort meaningful.

As we leave our positions, we carry with us the lessons and memories this year has given us. May the next generation of student leaders continue to listen, serve, and lead with purpose.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON SEPTEMBER 10

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 135, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on September 10, 2026, in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the cumulative effects of prolonged rainfall:

📍 Bulacan
📍 Pampanga
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Rizal Technological University launches RTU S.H.I.E.L.D. — Security, Hazard Prevention, Incident Response, Emergency Preparedness, Life Safety, and Defense, together with our Enhanced Campus Safety and Security Advisory for the Mandaluyong Main Campus and Pasig Branch.

The strengthened measures include enhanced entry and security screening, stricter control of prohibited items, improved threat reporting and emergency preparedness, and clear protocols during active threats.

We ask everyone - students, faculty, employees, and visitors to remain alert, cooperate with security personnel, and allow additional time when entering our campuses as these measures are implemented.

Campus safety is not the responsibility of one office alone. It is a shared responsibility.
